I made a mistake on my first order and did not realize until payment was made. I immediately emailed them to advise them of the mistake, but didn’t have much hope of them responding due to previous situations with other companies. To my surprise, someone responded the next morning, corrected my order AND processed the credit. When my bracelet and charms arrived I was so excited to put it all together…..I even bought more charms days afterward to make it full. I can’t WAIT to wear it!
