What is your return policy? 

Gratia Pearl has confidence in the quality and prices our pearls, so we offer our customers a 6-month Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 6 months from the date your order was placed.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can also email info@gratiapearl.com to receive a return authorization before you ship your items out. We can exchange the product for you, or refund you 100% of the purchase price, no questions asked. Gratia Pearl is not responsible, however, for any damaged, lost or uninsured packages during the return process.

 

How long will I receive my refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

I know I can exchange for other items, but what about the price difference?

 

If the product being returned costs less than the item for which it is being exchanged, the difference will be returned as a store credit; if the product being returned costs more than the item for which it is being exchanged, the balance will be requested for payment. $10 shipping and handling fee will be charged on returned items for orders that were sent with free shipping.

 

Will the return policy cover everything on the website?

 

Our return policy covers all items on our website. Customized items are not included, unless it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). However, there are some circumstances that will not be considered. Any jewelry that has been modified in any way cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

Who pays for the shipping fee of the returned items?

 

All return shipping fee must be paid by the buyer. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 

Do you offer gift wrapping services? 

 

Gratia Pearl uses eco friendly packaging. We try our best to reduce the waste. However, if need be, we can offer gift wrapping services at no additional cost. Make sure you leave us a note saying your need gift wrapping under order comments, before you check out.

 

Where can you ship to?

 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, we do not provide Expree shipping to customers outside of the US. We provide a $25 flat rate shipping fee for all international orders. It will take about 5 to 20 business days to deliver your order, depends on the country.

 

Do you have a physical retail store?

 

We are a Chicago based online store, though we do not have a physical store. This is primarily to reduce costs on our side and provide the best price for our customers.

 

 

How to tell real pearls and fake pearls apart?

 

All pearl jewelries from Gratia Pearl are guaranteed real. Here are some easy tips, under pearl facts, that you can learn to tell real and fake ones apart.

 

 

 

Is there anything else that I need to know?

 

Most of our jewelry pieces contain sterling silver or white gold parts. These may tarnish with age. It is possible to shine them with a silver polish cloth, but loss of color does not constitute a basis for return.

 

The outside pattern of the pearl reflects its natural shape, and is an unavoidable occurrence. We cannot assure to smoothness or roundness of any given pearl.

 

We encourage our customers to compare our price and quality with other stores before you return your items.

 

Gratia Pearl reserves the final right to handle each specific customer issue to the best of their ability.

 

Vendor’s AKA Notice

Buyer acknowledges, understands, and agrees (hereinafter collectively “agrees”) that he/she is an “Authorized” Buyer only if he/she is buying goods bearing Sorority marks and designs for an AKA member’s personal use and not for resale. Buyer agrees that a non-member is not allowed to purchase, own, wear, or possess such items.

Buyer also agrees that purchasing Sorority goods for any other reason is prohibited and doing so under false pretense authorizes Sorority to immediately: (1) remove or cause to be removed the goods from the internet and all social media platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook (or Meta), Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, eBay, Twitter (or X), Craigslist, Amazon, Etsy (hereinafter, “Third-party”); and (2) repossess such good(s) from Buyer and any Third-party trying to sell them. Buyer agrees to waive its First Sale Doctrine right to subsequently sell any item(s), bearing a Sorority Mark.


Exchange or Store Credit only for any T-Shirt item returned within 14 days.
