Gratia Important People is our rewards program with one goal: making it faster and easier for you to get and give real pearls! It’s also our way of thanking you for joining us on this journey. 

For every $ spent with Gratia Pearl, you’ll earn points that you can redeem for rewards in $5, $10 and $25 increments, only. You’ll also access special offers as you reach new tiers (launching in 2018).

What are GIP Points?

GIP Points is our newly launched loyalty program designed to reward you for taking your Real Pearls, Really journey with us! Through the program, you will be eligible to earn Points whenever you engage with Gratia Pearl, such as making a purchase, referrals, reviews, and sharing your love for us on social media.

How do I earn GIP Points?

You can earn points via the following activities:

Sign Up: New customers who sign up for the program will get started with 200 Points! If you have an existing account, no worries! Your points from past purchases from January 2013 onward can be unlocked HERE.

Purchases: All qualifying purchases earn points for every dollar spent. (1)

Birthday Points: Celebrate your birthday with an additional 200 Points! 

Refer-a-Friend: Your friend will receive $5 off their first purchase and you will be rewarded with 500 points. You can refer as many friends as you like! (2)

Reviews: Leave a product review on gratiapearl.com for 100 points. (3)

Social Sharing: Share us on Facebook for 200 points. Follow us on Instagram for 50 points. Like us on Facebook for 50 points. (4)

What if I already have a Gratia Pearl account?

Perfect! You have automatically been enrolled in the GIP program. We structured the program to be effective retroactively to January 1, 2013. Any purchases made online since that date will be automatically reflected in your Gratia Pearl account!  If you want to receive credit for purchases made at a conference, send us an email with a copy of your receipt and your account email address and phone number.

How do I redeem GIP Points?

Click the GIP Points button on the lower right hand corner of any Gratia Pearl page to be taken to your Gratia Pearl homepage (please remember to login!). There, you can choose to redeem your points for rewards (in denominations of $5, $10, or $25) valid towards a future Gratia Pearl purchase. (5)  Redeem 500 points for a $5 coupon, 900 points for a $10 coupon and 2000 points for a $25 coupon.(6)

How do I use my GIP Points?

Once you reach 500 GIP Points, you will have the option of redeeming them for a $5 reward which can be applied to a future Gratia Pearl purchase. 900 GIP Points can be exchanged for a $10 reward, and 2000 points for a $25 reward.(6)

Do my GIP Points ever expire?

Yes. GIP Points are eligible for redemption up to twelve (24) months from the date they are originally earned. If your account has not had any activity for a twelve (12) month period, your Points balance will be set to zero. Please make sure you spend and earn Points within the twelve (12) month validity period to retain your balance.

How do I check how many points I have?

Click on the GIP Points tab on the lower right hand corner of any Gratia Pearl page and select the Home tab to see how many points you have accumulated.

Can I use my points during check out?

First redeem your points on your GIP Points homepage. When checking out, you will be presented with the option to apply your GIP Points reward code to your purchase.

I just placed an order / signed up / engaged on social media but I don’t see GIP Points added to my account.

Not to worry! Sometimes it takes our system a few minutes to process and apply points to your account. If you don’t see the points in your account after 24 hours, please email us at info@gratiapearl.com with your order number and we’ll take care of it for you!

What happens if my order is returned or cancelled?

Any points associated with that order will be deducted from your GIP Points account balance.

Why did my GIP Points balance go down?

If you or one of your referrals recently cancelled a purchase or made a return, this could affect your account balance.

How do I leave the GIP Points program?

We’re sorry to see you go! If you would like to leave the GIP Points program, please email us at info@gratiapearl.com and we will deactivate your account. Please note that deactivating your account will cause you to lose any accrued points. You may re-enroll in the program at any time, however, your Points balance will reset to zero.

(1) The $ amount discounted using gift cards, credit codes or discount codes are not eligible to earn points. Also, taxes and shipping charges are not eligible toward earning points.
(2) Customers must enter date of birth at least one (1) month prior to the first day of birth month to be rewarded.
(3) Applies to one (1) review per customer per day. Reviews are only eligible if accessed via the Gratia Pearl review email sent to you after each product purchase. Reviews left directly on our site and on products that have not been purchased on GratiaPearl.com are not eligible.
(4) Please note that points are only earned for the first follow, like or share on each platform. To have the share, follow or like applied to your account, please go to the GIP Points tab at the bottom right hand corner of the screen and access your social accounts through the Earn Points tab. Social shares, follows, or likes do not apply if completed directly through your social media account.
(5) Reward code values limited to defined denominations. Limit of one reward code redemption per purchase. GIP Points are non-transferable, have no cash value (unless required by law) and cannot be exchanged, sold or returned. GIP Points is not responsible for lost or stolen Points. Gratia Pearl is not responsible for any taxes incurred by customers. Terms and conditions are subject to change, alteration, substitution, or termination by Gratia Pearl in its sole discretion at any time.
(6) When used $5 reward has a minimum $10 purchase, $10 reward has a minimum $25 purchase and $25 reward has a minimum $100 purchase.
