Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Orders containing back-order or pre-order items may delay shipping to guarantee delivery of all items.

• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Economy - USPS Ground Shipping

• Delivery time: 5–7 business days

• FREE Economy shipping on orders $100+

Standard - USPS Priority Shipping

• $9.99 on any order

• FREE Standard shipping on orders $250+

Express - USPS Express Shipping

• $29.99 on orders $100+

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, we do not provide Express shipping to customers outside of the U.S.

• $25 flat rate shipping fee for all international orders

• Estimated delivery: 5–20 business days, depending on the destination country


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Gratia Pearl is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
