I pre-ordered the bracelet and charms and they came right at the time I was told they would arrive. The customer service is great. I only wish I knew to order larger than my wrist size. I have a small wrist but I can’t get the bracelet over my hand. The clasp is strong and so not made for taking the bracelet on and off. I have no regrets buying the bracelet and charms as it is all connected to my beloved Alma mater, Spelman College.
